SERVICESMOBILE APPS

Your service.
In their hands.

Make it easier for customers to use your service and for your team to get things done.

We design and develop mobile apps for customers and teams, connecting what happens on the screen with the systems behind your business.

START WITH THE USER

A clear purpose.
A focused first release.

What should someone be able to do more easily? We define the people using the app and the tasks that matter before adding features.

Customer apps

Give customers a practical way to use your service, manage their information, or complete a recurring task.

Tools for your team

Shape the app around the jobs your people need to do while away from a desk.

Connected experiences

Work through accounts, content, notifications, and the links to your existing systems as part of the same project.

MORE THAN THE SCREENS

Plan the experience.
And what supports it.

The project scope defines supported platforms, devices, features, and integrations. These decisions shape the first release.

Journeys before features

Map the steps from opening the app to completing the task. Decide what is essential and what can wait.

Information & access

Agree what data the app needs, who can access it, and where that information comes from.

Preparing for release

Plan developer accounts, submission materials, testing, and handover before release.

HOW WE WORK

From idea to first release.

Map

Identify users, key tasks, and priorities for the first version.

Design

Review screen flows and the interface before development.

Develop & test

Build the agreed functionality and test on supported devices.

Prepare release

Plan app store submission, handover, and support for the release.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
you might ask.

Can you develop for iOS and Android?

Yes. The implementation approach and supported versions are agreed around the needs of the project.

Do we need a full specification first?

No. A business idea or a problem is enough to begin. We then work through the journeys, features, and priorities.

Can the app connect to our existing system?

We assess its interfaces, permissions, data, and any provider restrictions before proposing an integration.

Will you handle app store submission?

Submission assistance, developer accounts, required materials, and ownership responsibilities are agreed in the scope. Store approval is a separate platform review.

What happens after release?

We can plan support for changes to the app, operating systems, and connected services. The included work and responsibilities are agreed separately.

YOUR NEXT STEP

What should your
app make easier?

Tell us who will use it, what they need to do, and which systems it should connect to.
