Dprime Forms is a drag and drop form builder with seventeen field types, arrangeable field widths, backend submission storage, email notifications, file uploads, and reCAPTCHA. Built for Breakdance sites.
Seventeen field types in four categories
Everything a contact form needs
Six field widths
Full, 3/4, 2/3, 1/2, 1/3, or 1/4. Drag the right edge of any field to snap to the nearest width, or click a button in the settings panel. Fields flow into rows automatically.
Email notifications
Set the recipient, subject, and body on the Notifications tab. Tag pills insert dynamic values at the cursor: all fields, date, IP, referrer, or any individual field value.
Submission storage
Every form submission is stored in a dedicated database table with read/unread tracking, IP, referrer, and links to any uploaded files. Browse submissions from the Submissions tab.
File uploads
Add a File upload field with accepted types and max size. Files go to the WordPress uploads directory. File metadata is stored in the submission record and linked in notification emails.
reCAPTCHA
Drag a reCAPTCHA field onto the canvas and place it anywhere in the form. One per form. Site and secret keys come from global Settings.
CSS class reference
The Style tab in the form editor documents every frontend class. Target them in your own stylesheet to restyle any part of the form without touching plugin files.
