IN entries — restocks & adjustments
Every manual stock increase is logged automatically. When an order is cancelled or refunded and WooCommerce restores the stock, that restore is logged as IN with a link back to the order.
OUT entries — sales
Logged per order item the moment WooCommerce reduces the stock. Each OUT entry shows the quantity, stock before and after, and a direct link to the order that triggered the deduction.
Date filters — three granularities
Filter to a specific date, an entire month, or a full year. All three filters are independent — switch between them without clearing your other filters. Combine with category and search for precise views.
Category filter
Filter the log to any WooCommerce product category. The plugin resolves which products belong to the selected category and shows only their movements — useful for reviewing a single product line.
Product search
Search by product name or SKU. The search runs against the logged values — so even if a product name has since changed, historical entries remain searchable by the name at time of the movement.
Direct links everywhere
Every product name links to its WooCommerce edit screen. Every order reference links to the order. Sales OUT entries show "Order #XXXX" as a clickable link so you can trace any movement back to its source instantly.
