Flexible wholesale pricing

Category-level discount rules

Set a percentage off or a fixed amount off for any WooCommerce product category. All vendors shopping in that category see the discounted price automatically — no coupon codes needed.

Per-product price overrides

Enable an override for any individual product and enter a fixed vendor price. This completely replaces the category rule for that product — useful for negotiated pricing on high-value or high-volume items.

Bulk product editor

A paginated table of all published products with vendor price columns. See the regular price, what the category rule computes, and the override toggle and field — all in one place. Update many products and save once.

Vendor WordPress role

A new dprime_vendor role separate from customers. Assign it to any existing WordPress user from the Vendors tab. Vendors can browse and buy as normal but see discounted prices everywhere — product pages, search results, and checkout.

Works with WooCommerce cart and checkout

Vendor prices apply via standard WooCommerce price filters. No custom checkout logic needed. The price the vendor sees on the product page is the price they pay at checkout — tax, shipping, and coupon stacking all work correctly.

Priority: override wins over category

The pricing system is deterministic. If a product has an override enabled, that price is used. Otherwise the best category rule is applied (if multiple categories match, the lowest resulting price wins). Regular customers always see the normal WooCommerce price.

How it works

Set up in three steps

  1. Set category rules. Go to Category Rules and add a discount for each category you want to price differently for vendors.
  2. Override specific products. Go to Products, find any product that needs a fixed price, enable the override, and enter the vendor price.
  3. Assign vendors. Go to the Vendors tab and add the Vendor role to any WordPress user. They immediately see discounted prices when they log in and shop.
