Documentation Account and billing

Account guide

Manage your subscription, sites, and billing access

The Dprime account page keeps subscription access, connected websites, billing shortcuts, and support links in one place.

Subscription summary

What the account page shows

  • Your current plan.
  • Your subscription status.
  • Your renewal date when one is available.
  • The number of connected sites in use.
  • Quick actions for billing and Dprime Core download.
1

Open the billing area

Choose Manage billing from your Dprime account. You will be taken to the billing area where subscription and invoice tasks are handled.

You do not need to search for a separate billing login from the account page shortcut.
2

View invoices and payment methods

The Account card includes shortcuts for Invoices and Payment. Use them to review invoice records and update payment details when needed.

3

Manage connected sites

The Connected sites card lists websites attached to your subscription. A green dot means the site is connected. An amber dot means the domain is registered but Dprime Core has not completed its check in yet.

You can remove a site to free its seat, or add a domain before installing Dprime Core on that website.

4

Understand seats

A seat is one website connected to your Dprime subscription. The account page shows how many seats are in use and how many remain available.

When all seats are in use, remove an old site before adding another one.
5

Read the subscription status

  • Active. Your plan is working normally.
  • Grace. Access is still available for a limited period while billing needs attention.
  • Expired or cancelled. Access may stop once the paid period or grace period has ended.

Need help

Billing support is easier with the right details

Send the account email, the invoice number when relevant, and a short explanation of what you need changed or checked.
