Install Dprime Core and connect your first site

This guide walks through the customer setup flow from subscription access to installing plugins inside WordPress.

Before you start

What you need

  • An active Dprime subscription.
  • Access to the WordPress admin area of the site you want to connect.
  • The ability to install plugins on that WordPress site.
1

Open your Dprime account

Sign in to your Dprime account. Your account page shows your plan, connected sites, and the Download Dprime Core button.

Go to my account
2

Download Dprime Core

From the account page, choose Download Dprime Core. Save the ZIP file to your computer without extracting it.

Dprime Core is the connection plugin. It gives your WordPress site access to the plugin catalogue inside the admin area.
3

Install it in WordPress

  1. Open WordPress admin.
  2. Go to Plugins, then Add New.
  3. Choose Upload Plugin.
  4. Select the Dprime Core ZIP file.
  5. Install and activate it.
4

Connect your site

Open the Dprime area in WordPress and choose Connect. You will be sent to your Dprime account to approve the site. After approval, you return to WordPress with the site connected.

If you registered the domain in your account first, the same domain will be recognised during this connection step.
5

Install Dprime plugins

Once connected, open the Dprime plugin dashboard in WordPress. Available plugins appear in cards. Choose Install for the plugin you need. Pro plugins become available when your subscription is active.

6

Keep plugins updated

Dprime Core handles plugin updates from inside WordPress. When updates are available, you can install them one by one or use Update All. If a plugin supports rollback, you can return to an earlier version when needed.
